Job Overview

The Plant Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a plant or facility. This includes overseeing all mechanical activities, designing and implementing process improvements, and ensuring the plant runs safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment, including piping, infrastructure, and structural building erection.
  • Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage contracts and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risk and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
