Lead – Partnerships & GTM

Bangalore based, we are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our partnerships and go-to-market strategies.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or business development. Your proven track record of building and scaling partnerships from scratch will be invaluable to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute cross-functional partnership strategies aligned with growth objectives.
  • Navigate and close high-impact deals with key partners.
  • Build long-term relationships with corporates, institutions, and channel partners.
  • Oversee negotiations, deal structuring, and coordinate the legal aspects of partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to activate collaborations.
  • Monitor performance, KPIs, and revenue contribution of partnerships.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or business development.
  • Proven ability to build and scale partnerships from the ground up.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A high ownership mindset with focus on execution and results.
  • Strategic thinking with tactical execution ability.
  • Alignment with core values: customer-first, ownership, curiosity, high standards, and trust.
