An experienced and organized Office Administrator is required to provide exceptional support to our team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping
- Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our institution's programs and services
- Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments, maintaining calendars and records as needed
- Assist with student registrations, fee collection, and issuing receipts in a timely and efficient manner
- Address student and parent queries and concerns promptly and professionally, demonstrating empathy and understanding
- Liaise with faculty and staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Proven administrative experience, with a focus on organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting changing priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with office software and systems, including email, calendar, and database management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
