Senior EH&S Business Analyst Job Opportunity

Brillio is seeking a seasoned EH&S business analyst to serve as the single point of contact between the EH&S business function and IT. In this role, you will manage EH&S-related IT projects end-to-end, perform business analysis, and act as Service Manager for EH&S applications and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between EH&S and IT functions.
  • Manage EH&S IT projects from requirements gathering to delivery.
  • Translate EH&S business needs into IT requirements and solutions.
  • Ensure stability, compliance, and usability of EH&S applications and platforms.
  • Oversee incident, request, and release management activities for EH&S applications.
  • Collaborate with global process owners to align local needs with global standards.
  • Coordinate enhancements, upgrades, and integrations of EH&S solutions within the enterprise landscape.
  • Monitor service performance and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Provide governance and compliance oversight to ensure EH&S applications meet regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 10–15 years of experience in IT business partnering, business analysis, or service management.
  • Strong knowledge of EH&S processes and supporting IT systems (SAP EH&S, Enablon, or similar platforms).
  • Experience in project management (end-to-end IT project lifecycle).
  • Good understanding of ITIL practices (incident, change, release, and problem management).
  • Hands-on experience with service and vendor management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to bridge IT and business functions.
  • Experience working in global environments with multiple business units and process owners.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for EH&S systems.
