Job Summary: We are seeking an Electronics Hardware Development Specialist to lead the end-to-end development of power electronics systems.

About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining system hardware architecture and component specifications for high-voltage battery systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and guide PCB layout for high-power designs ensuring EMI/EMC compliance and thermal management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop schematics and PCB layouts using tools like Altium Designer, OrCAD, or KiCAD.
  • Select and integrate components such as MCUs, ADCs, op-amps, shunt resistors, Hall-effect sensors, and isolation devices.
  • Drive validation and testing of prototypes in lab and vehicle environments.
  • Evaluate and implement automotive standards such as ISO 26262, AEC-Q100, and functional safety.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in electronics hardware development.
  • Proficiency in developing schematics and PCB layouts.
  • Knowledge of automotive standards and regulations.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
