Job Title: Automotive Electronics Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Battery Management System (BMS) and Controller Area Network (CAN) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive testing of BMS hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
- Developing and implementing CAN protocol tests to validate communication between lithium-ion battery packs and EVs/ESS.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve system efficiency and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Providing detailed reports and recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Embedded Systems or related field.
- Proven knowledge of lithium-ion batteries, EV systems, and BMS architecture.
- Familiarity with CAN bus protocol and diagnostic tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
