Strategic Vendor Partnership Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive vendor strategy, identifying and selecting top-performing partners to support business growth.
  • Design and implement scalable operating models, ensuring optimal service delivery and value addition for both short-term projects and ongoing operations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Learning and Training Business units.
  • Drive supplier performance through governance and performance measurement, ensuring exceptional service quality and ROI.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of customer-facing experience, including executive stakeholder management and IT technical implementations.
  • 8 years of consulting, vendor or partner management, and negotiation expertise.
  • 3 years of leadership experience, driving team success and strategic growth.
