Job Title: Senior Engineering Professional

  • Execute site maintenance, calibration, and commissioning activities using cost-effective technical solutions that ensure quality and meet project objectives.
  • Supervise plant engineering teams and provide technical assistance to functions ensuring best possible maintenance, repair, and modifications.
  • Execute design execution and hand-over projects within budget, schedule, quality, and functionality within technical responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with industrial standards and GMP guidelines. Implement preventive maintenance plans during shutdown intervals according to scheduled maintenance plans and planned corrective repairs to equipment problems.

Participate in maintenance/reliability reviews of new projects. Execute and follow up any infrastructure/civil work tasks in the production plant.

Supervise change over operations for production equipment to improve productivity. Coach and motivate new team members. Responsible for personal and professional development.

Perform project HSE management and execute project safety stops/reviews. Execute projects aligned with key local and global stakeholders while considering life cycle costs and project schedules.

Apply state-of-the-art technical solutions compliant with regulatory standards and HSE regulations.

Ensure projects are developed through their various stages of scope, definition, approval, and implementation. Obtain permits for maintenance/calibration/projects.

Execute work orders for maintenance/calibration as per method statement/procedure. Update CMMS after completion.

Document calibration execution and support building organizational culture in line with values.

What you'll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in OSD Oncology facilities in reputable pharmaceutical companies.
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience handling containment machinery.
  • Operations Management and Execution Collaborating across boundaries Functional Breadth.
