Director of Technical Operations

The Director of Technical Operations is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the technical delivery and operations in our India office. This role reports directly to our Global CEO and will play a critical part in shaping the direction of our technical team.

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned technologist and people leader who wants to be part of a high-performance engineering partner for US enterprises. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering managed services, platform automation, and cloud-native solutions for high-growth US clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and grow a Bengaluru-based engineering team known for technical excellence, ownership, and velocity.
  • Ensure delivery quality across M365, Azure, DevOps, Observability, Security, Networking, and Infrastructure automation.
  • Attract, assess, and develop top 10% engineers.
  • Work closely with our US CTO, Solutions Directors, and enterprise clients.
  • Drive SLA-based delivery across L2-L4 support, infrastructure-as-code deployments, NOC/SOC-aligned operations, and cloud-native modernization efforts.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of hands-on technical leadership in managed services or consulting, with experience serving US or global enterprise clients.
  • Deep experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, DevOps, modern networking, security, and observability tooling.
  • Track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams in India or the US.
  • Comfort with modern cloud, automation, and platform-as-a-service operating models.
  • Strong communication and executive presence; you will interface directly with senior stakeholders in the US.
