Senior Program Manager

In this critical role, you will oversee the daily operations and execution of digital customer success programs. As a senior program manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Mentor and support team members to achieve program goals and performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Requirements for this role include:

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, process improvement, or a related field (customer success or operations roles within a SaaS environment).
  • Demonstrated experience designing and launching scalable digital programs to support SMB & Mid-Market CSM teams.
  • Proven ability to work across time zones in a remote or hybrid team model.
  • Experience operating in agile environments or managing work in sprints.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas visually and verbally.
