Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Customer Success Executive located in Karnataka, India. The Technical Customer Success Executive will ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional customer support and account management. They will analyze customer data to optimize client experiences and address any issues, onboarding clients, guiding them through the use of Findy Team+, and helping them achieve their goals using our platform.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills
- Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
- Excellent Customer Support and Account Management skills
- Proficiency in using developer tools like GitHub, GitLab, and Jira
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with DevOps and engineering workflows is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
