
Senior Administrative Leader

As a senior administrative leader, you will oversee the daily operations of the office team and ensure the smooth functioning of services and tasks.
You will provide direct support to senior management, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing documents.
Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all office-related inquiries, requests, and issues, maintaining inventory, and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences.
Key Responsibilities:- Office Operations

- Team Leadership
- Supervise and guide office staff.
- Develop and implement processes, workflows, and procedures.
- Conduct performance reviews and assist in career growth plans.
- Facilities Management
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors.
- Coordinate office moves, seating arrangements, and space planning.
- Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of office activities.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Process Improvement
- Identify areas for process improvement.
- Implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Confidentiality
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Special Projects
- Lead or participate in special projects as required by management.
- Assist in developing new systems or technologies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 8+ years in an administrative role, with at least 4-5 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven experience managing office operations and facilities.
- Strong background in supporting senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
