Agile Process Facilitator

About this role:

We are seeking an experienced Agile process facilitator who can facilitate successful project delivery by bridging the gap between development teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both Scrum methodologies and business analysis techniques, enabling them to ensure overall project success.

Key responsibilities include facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, removing impediments that hinder team progress, and working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

A Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is preferred. Knowledge of software development processes and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are also essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile processes to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Bridge the gap between development teams and stakeholders.
  • Remove impediments that hinder team progress.
  • Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role with strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred qualifications include knowledge of project management tools such as Jira Confluence, familiarity with software development processes and practices, and a Certification in Scrum Master (CSM).
