Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Murex system implementation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Murex systems, including datamart, MXML pre-trade and post-trade workflows, RTBS, and MDCS.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document, and verify them.
  • Analyze and provide recommendations based on related Murex implementation experience.
  • Follow the client's software development lifecycle (SDLC) and documentation requirements.
  • Support IT and business audits and technology risk assessments.
  • Develop and test database and infrastructure changes.
  • Perform technical reviews of production changes.
  • Write clear and concise documentation of issues and resolution within knowledge management platforms.
  • Maintain and enhance the Control-M scheduling tool for intraday and end-of-day batches.
  • Deal directly with business users to analyze and diagnose business-critical issues.
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to risk, pricing, profit and loss, market data, market operations, end-of-day processing, interfaces, and reporting.
  • Provide detailed information about issues to vendors and coordinate testing fixes/solutions.
  • Act as an intermediary between business and vendor teams.
  • Debug and enhance bespoke Java processes supporting the Murex implementation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Murex in a support capacity.
  • Strong technical capability.
  • Solid understanding of DataMart.
