Key Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the creation, updates, and deletion of master data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.

  • Master Data Management: Oversee the management of master data for optimal access control.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality assurance analysts to ensure high-quality imported data.
  • Data Set Commissioning: Activate and decommission data sets as required.
  • Confidential Data Handling: Process confidential information according to established guidelines.
  • Report Development: Assist in creating reports and analyses that meet business needs.
  • Reporting Environment: Design and manage the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
  • Data Warehouse Support: Help identify and revise reporting requirements for the data warehouse.
  • Data Integrity Initiatives: Contribute to initiatives promoting data integrity and normalization.
  • Software Assessment: Evaluate tests and implement new or upgraded software, informing strategic decisions on new systems.
  • Report Generation: Create reports from single or multiple systems, leveraging data insights.
  • Database Troubleshooting: Resolve issues within the reporting database environment and reports.
  • System Evaluation: Assess changes and updates to source production systems.
  • User Training: Train end-users on new reports and dashboards, ensuring seamless adoption.
  • Data Expertise: Provide technical guidance on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing techniques.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in computer science or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role.
  • Able to collaborate with stakeholders to assess potential risks and opportunities.
  • Expertise in analyzing existing tools and databases, with recommendations for software solutions.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical terms.
  • High-level understanding of methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases.
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling massive data sets and relational databases.
  • Familiarity with addressing and metadata standards.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical ideas effectively.
