Industrial Assets Manager

The primary role of this position is to spearhead the evaluation, structuring, and execution of real estate acquisitions across India with a focus on industrial parks. This involves analyzing financial models, feasibility studies, and scenario analyses to support investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead evaluations and structure investments in industrial parks.
- Analyze detailed financial models and feasibility studies.
- Design optimal tax and capital structures for new acquisitions.
- Prepare investment memos and approval notes.
- Manage due diligence processes and develop transaction term sheets.
- Monitor asset performance and oversee key asset management functions.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to investors.
- Track and analyze government policies impacting industrial development.
- CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
- 14+ years of relevant experience in real estate, investments, acquisitions, or asset management.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in preparing high-impact presentations and networking abilities.
- Self-starter with strong time management and pressure-handling skills.
