ServiceNow Software Asset Management Consultant

As a ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications for IT Asset Management and SAM. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced professional with a passion for delivering innovative solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications for IT Asset Management and SAM to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate closely with our architecture team to design and implement tailored solutions that align with our clients' strategic objectives.
  • Optimize and maintain existing ServiceNow applications to ensure seamless performance and maximize their potential.
  • Integrate ServiceNow SAM solutions with other enterprise systems to create a cohesive and efficient technology landscape.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide expert technical guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow design and development with a minimum of 5 years of industry expertise.
  • Deep understanding of SAM processes and end-to-end lifecycle, with a strong ability to analyze and improve business workflows.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or other functional programming languages, with the ability to develop and implement robust solutions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Desirable Experience:
  • Hands-on experience with full lifecycle ServiceNow SAM implementations, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Proficiency in custom integrations using REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, and Scripted REST API.
  • Experience configuring ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping to optimize data accuracy and system performance.
