Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Asset Manager to oversee the maintenance of our brand website, ensuring high-quality content, optimal performance, and exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee responsibilities and timely execution of web team members
  • Liaise with design and development teams for tasks and projects
  • Pitch improvements to the website
  • Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the client's website
  • Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues
  • Identify and respond to website security breaches
  • Ensure the website is protected by enabling appropriate security measures
  • Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant information
  • Plan communication aligned with the brand strategy
  • Ensure website quality and efficiency through regular test plans
  • Plan to improve User Experience regularly
  • Collaborate with teams and management to ensure the website aligns with brand strategy
  • Prepare and present strategies to grow website metrics
  • Monitor competitor websites and industry best practices
  • Plan, strategize, and track promotional campaigns
  • Analyse, Strategise, plan, and prepare monthly website performance reports
  • Maintain a tracker of all updates on the website
  • Ensure Client satisfaction & smooth communication

Required Skills:
