Asset Management Professional

We seek a seasoned professional to assume responsibility for advanced Excel modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess asset performance against established benchmarks.
  • Identify key trends, anomalies, and KPIs across financial statements.
  • Develop actionable insights for the asset management team.
  • Apply project management skills, including coordinating timelines, managing deliverables, and tracking progress.

The ideal candidate will possess 6+ years of experience in Asset Management Analyst and exhibit strong accounting knowledge with the ability to read, interpret, and analyze property-level and portfolio-level financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).

Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate analytical mindset, critical thinking, and project management skills, including coordination of timelines, manage deliverables, and track progress across multiple projects and deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong accounting knowledge, with the ability to read, interpret, and analyze property-level and portfolio-level financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Ability to coordinate timelines, manage deliverables, and track progress across multiple projects and deadlines.

The successful candidate will be a clear communicator who can relay financial insights and operational observations to the team lead in a structured and concise manner.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Yardi / StarRez is beneficial.
