Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Asset Recovery Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

  • Manage stressed assets through interaction with clients, performance monitoring & benchmarking, adherence to stipulated terms, site visits etc.
  • Monitor exposures to enable proactive action whenever required. Review credit files, financials and security documentation and current status.
  • Design early warning triggers for allocated accounts. Closely monitor portfolio, reviewing operational and financial performance, monitoring monthly cash flows, tracking economic cycles and applicable industries which have a bearing on the respective assets etc.
  • Formulate recovery strategy post factoring legal options.

Tech Skills Required

  • Knowledge of reading and understanding entity financials involving credit analysis.
  • Knowledge of various industries.
  • Knowledge of RBI guidelines for stressed assets and restructuring.
  • Reasonable knowledge of legal forums and applicable laws including IBC, SARFAESI, commercial suits, contract laws etc.
  • Good note making skills and command over written and spoken communication.

The ideal candidate should have a qualification of CA or MBA (Full Time from a reputed institute) and 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Banking/ARC/Big 4 consultancy firms.
