Software Development Tester

We are seeking a skilled tester to join our team in software development. As a QA/ETL Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our applications and systems.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in ETL testing, database testing, and manual testing. Strong understanding of ETL concepts and data warehouse testing methodologies is required.
A strong background in data migration testing with skills in source-to-target validation, record count verification, data integrity and validation, transformation logic and job run verification is also necessary.
You should be proficient in RDBMS: MySQL, Oracle SQL and have hands-on experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services). UNIX commands (grep, awk, find) for log analysis and job monitoring are also essential.
AWS services such as CloudWatch, EventBridge, QuickSight, Batch Jobs, Lambda, S3, Redshift, Glue are a plus. Ability to create, review and execute detailed test cases based on business and technical requirements is crucial.
In addition to technical skills, good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills are required to collaborate effectively with the team.
This is a 6-month contract to hire full-time position with the possibility of extension or permanent employment.
