Position Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Automation Tester to spearhead the development of our quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Selenium and BDD Cucumber frameworks, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality automation solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and execute automated regression test suites for continued product quality assurance.
  • Analyze requirements, create test plans, estimate efforts, and manage defects to ensure product stability and reliability.
  • Develop innovative solutions to reduce operational risks by automating mundane repetitive tasks across the software development lifecycle.
  • Utilize testing tools such as JIRA to track and manage test cases and defects, ensuring timely resolution and closure.
  • Perform UAT tests that mimic end-to-end user scenarios, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Validate production by running sanity tests and data validations to guarantee product integrity.

Required Skills:

  • Familiarity with functional and automation testing using Selenium and BDD Cucumber frameworks.
  • Expertise in testing non-functional requirements, including authentication, authorization, and security.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases, with ability to write complex queries and scripts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality automation solutions, with emphasis on productivity and efficiency.
