Job Description For Account Executive
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Admin Looks. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining books of accounts in Tally, managing monthly reporting of MIS, and following up with customers for payments. They will also be responsible for payment to vendors, employees, and others, as well as bank reconciliation and vendor and customer accounts reconciliation. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for invoicing to customers as per daily dispatch report from Warehouse, daily follow up with Warehouse team and Sales team, filing of GST returns and TDS returns, and preparing reports as and when required for books of accounts audit with Company's Chartered Accountant. The ideal candidate will have working experience of Tally, Excel, Word, and PPT.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in financial operations
CA intermediate, MBA Finance, Graduate
