Job Title: Business Development Professional
About White Collar Realty:
We are a professional real estate services provider offering comprehensive solutions for residential and commercial properties. Our services encompass the entire process from property search and discovery to transactions, home loans, property management, and post-sales services.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences for properties.
- Educate clients about our products, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Proactively initiate sales calls to new prospects.
- Identify potential business opportunities by contacting prospective customers.
- Analyze business needs to discover new opportunities.
- Schedule meetings with clients and accompany them.
Duration and Stipend:
The internship period is 3 months with the possibility of a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance. The stipend is INR 10,000 per month during the internship period.
