Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Client Relationship Manager.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with our high-net-worth clients. This will involve acting as the primary contact for clients, providing personalized consultations to help them choose jewelry pieces that meet their preferences and occasions, and understanding and conveying product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as the primary contact for high-net-worth individuals, ensuring excellent service at every touchpoint.
  • Provide personalized consultations to help clients choose jewelry pieces that meet their needs.
  • Understand and convey product knowledge, including history, craftsmanship, and materials.
  • Collaborate with sales and design teams to offer custom solutions to clients.
  • Handle and resolve client inquiries, concerns, or feedback in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed client records to track preferences and purchase history.
  • Host private viewings and exclusive events for VIP clients.
  • Stay informed of market trends and client preferences to anticipate needs and offer recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or in a client-facing role within luxury retail, hospitality, or similar industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude.
  • A keen understanding of fine jewelry is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and provide attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain client records.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling high-net-worth clients.
