We are seeking an exceptional Interior Design Expert to lead our design team in delivering luxury living experiences that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Design Leadership & Oversight: Develop and implement interior design strategies that align with our brand's luxury ethos, working closely with external consultants and internal managers.
  • Team Management & Collaboration: Manage relationships with world-class interior design consultants, build and mentor a strong internal team, and ensure seamless collaboration across departments.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work with Sales to translate client aspirations into feasible design solutions, partner with Architectural, Construction, and Finishing teams to ensure on-ground execution matches design intent, and resolve conflicts between aesthetics, timelines, and costs.
  • Site Supervision & Execution Excellence: Maintain an active presence on sites to oversee finishing and detailing, conduct meticulous snagging and quality checks to ensure flawless delivery, and uphold our standards of precision.
  • Commercial Awareness & Value Engineering: Balance creativity with commercial sensibility, optimizing designs for cost without diluting the luxury experience, and review BOQs, indents, and vendor submissions to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and design alignment.
