We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys creating unique and functional spaces that meet the needs of clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of interior design principles and be able to develop innovative concepts and layouts that align with client vision and functional needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptual Design & Spatial Planning: Develop comprehensive design plans and spatial layouts for luxury interiors.
  • AutoCAD Drafting & Technical Drawings: Prepare accurate 2D plans, working drawings, construction details, and technical documentation.
  • Design Detailing & Material Selection: Specify finishes, furniture systems, lighting, and materials suited for luxury interiors.
  • Décor & Styling: Curate final styling elements including soft furnishings, accessories, and artwork to enhance the design narrative.
  • Project Supervision & Coordination: Liaise with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality execution and timely project delivery.
  • Client Interaction: Present design ideas, collect feedback, and modify plans accordingly. Act as a key point of contact during all project phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • 3–4 years of professional experience in interior design with architectural understanding.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop is a plus.
  • Strong command of MS Office, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
  • Thorough understanding of design documentation, building systems, and detailing.
  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and collaborate across disciplines.
  • Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and time management skills.
