**Luxury Residential Interior Designer Wanted**

We are seeking a seasoned Interior Design Professional to lead our design and execution team in Hyderabad. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation of bespoke luxury residential interiors from concept to completion.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive design strategies for high-end residential projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into stunning interior designs.
  • Prepare detailed design documents, mood boards, space planning, and 3D visualizations.
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and maintain the highest standards of design quality throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Mentor junior designers and interns to foster growth and development within the team.

**Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in residential interior design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing residential design expertise.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office. Proficiency in Enscape/D5 is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination ability.

**Work Schedule:*

  • Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad
  • Work Type: Full-time, Work from Office
  • Schedule: Monday - Saturday (9:30 AM to 6:00 PM)
