Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for originating new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships with customers.

Your primary objective will be to identify and pursue new business prospects, develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate deals that meet the needs of both parties.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think critically and strategically. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate new business opportunities through direct sourcing and open market channels
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase revenue and loyalty
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Manage customer interactions, including meetings, presentations, and negotiations

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Post Graduate/Graduate degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think critically and strategically
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
