Job Title: Regional Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:- Expand market presence by acquiring new clients and developing dealer networks.
- Build relationships with multinational corporations, enterprises, and project consultants in the region.
- Identify, develop, and close business opportunities in assigned territories.
Dealer Management and Onboarding:
- Drive dealer onboarding, training, and support for long-term partnerships.
- Build and manage a network of dealers, distributors, and channel partners to expand regional coverage.
- Engage with MNCs, large enterprises, consultants, and project houses to position solutions.
- Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase solutions.
- Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with regular follow-ups.
- Prepare and deliver competitive proposals, quotations, documents.
- Ensure timely order closures, payment collection, and account management.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Electronics, IT, or Business Management). 2–6 years of sales/business development experience in Electronic Security Systems, ICT, Automation, or related industries. Strong dealer/channel management background preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
