Job Title: Investment Research Director

We are a leading research and consulting firm that provides outsourced research solutions to global clients. Our team has a strong track record of delivering high-quality research assignments for over 250 clients, with a significant portion of our revenue coming from repeat business.

The company is expanding its team and seeking passionate individuals to join as Directors in the Investment Research practice.

  • This role involves managing the Investment Research (IR) practice, with profit and loss responsibility.
  • You will identify opportunities for growth through new products or market entry.
  • Provide leadership support to the delivery team, ensuring quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Foster strong client relationships and lead team-building efforts.
  2. Develop thought leadership papers and represent us on media platforms.
  3. Assist the business development team in winning new clients.
  4. Establish best practices in employee engagement and training.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidates should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in investment research, including at least 7+ years of experience in managing teams.
  • Experience in the KPO industry, handling Private Equity/Investment Banking/Asset Management/Brokerage clients is highly desirable.
  • Relevant background in research within the BFSI industry is also considered.
  • Able to provide strategic insights and financial analysis to buy-side and sell-side clients.
