Seeking a seasoned database architect to lead the design and development of scalable databases. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, optimizing, and managing high-performance databases ensuring data integrity and security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement database architectures (SQL & NoSQL) that meet business needs.
  • Optimize database queries, indexing, and performance tuning to ensure efficient data retrieval.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, backup, and disaster recovery processes are in place.
  • Build and maintain ETL pipelines to support AI/ML and analytics workflows.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers on vector databases and RAG pipelines.
  • Integrate databases with APIs, CRMs, and external systems.
  • Monitor database health, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL, etc.).
  • Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, etc.).
  • Knowledge of vector databases is a plus.
  • Expertise in database optimization, indexing, and partitioning.
  • Solid understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data modeling.
  • Experience with cloud database services.
  • Familiarity with backup, replication, and high availability strategies.
  • Strong Python/SQL scripting skills for automation.
