Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned operations professional to oversee property management and ensure compliance with regulatory mandates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in supervising property operations, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for property owners and coordinate with other departments to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Oversee the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of properties/sites, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and applicable laws.
  • Manage work orders and gather feedback to guarantee timely and budget-friendly completions, aligning with established guidelines and standards.
  • Lead the leasing process for residential properties, fostering effective communication with team members and prospective tenants.
  • Support the maintenance division, providing troubleshooting assistance over the phone, conducting virtual property assessments, and expediting timely maintenance resolutions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven experience in customer service, business operations, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a willingness to learn local regulations and legislation.
  • Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, creative, flexible, and results-driven.
  • Resourceful with the ability to conduct job-related research.
  • Proficient in computer applications and willing to learn new software.
