Title: Assistant Facility Manager - Soft Services

Location: Gurugram

Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to oversee comprehensive Facilities Management Services for our client, with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving financial and performance targets.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing outsourced service contracts and personnel, including inspections and quality management of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilities Management
  • Develop and implement building procedures and performance measures to ensure simplification and accuracy of work methods and reliability of systems.
  • Ensure an adequate supply of materials and services for the proper operation of the buildings and enter into contracts as approved by the client.
Staff Management
  • Manage and assist with the personal development of direct reports.
  • Develop and manage succession plans and appraisals for direct reports.
Reporting
  • Contribute to regular management reports to clients and other stakeholders as required.
Vendor Management
  • Manage service contracts, including inspections and quality management of service delivery.
  • Prepare tender documentation and evaluate tenders.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in property, building, or facilities management.
  • Contract administration experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience with service improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to manage daily activities using various systems.
