Job Summary

A Key Player in Property Operations

The Facilities Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of a property. This includes prioritizing facilities needs, collaborating closely with the facilities manager and assistant facilities manager to oversee administrative functions, security issues, and facility services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategically manage property supplies and ensure optimal stock levels for efficient operations
  • Monitor and manage supply contracts as approved by clients, ensuring compliance with standards
  • Participate in emergency response procedures, crisis management, and business continuity plans to mitigate risks
  • Oversee health and safety matters and actively participate in reviewing them
  • Monitor property finances, petty cash, and vendor invoice processes to ensure adherence to guidelines
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of property operations and management principles
  • Degree in Business or Hotel and Building Management, with at least 3-5 years of experience in facilities management
  • Good working knowledge of occupational safety and aptitude in client-centric operations
  • Solid background in team leadership and management
