The Work We Do

We specialize in website builds, redesigns, maintenance, and lift-shift projects using top CMS products like Adobe Experience Manager, Kentico, Drupal, Webflow, Contentful, and WordPress.

The Opportunity

We seek a Proposal Writer to join our remote team. This role can be based anywhere in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to complex RFPs related to government organizations.
  • Gather information from existing RFPs, documentation, and technical experts within the company.
  • Write a draft response, obtain approvals, and submit the proposal and supporting documents to the requester.

Required Skills:

  • Determine proposal requirements by identifying and clarifying objectives within the RFPs.
  • Gather proposal information by identifying sources of information and coordinating with key providers and internal contributors.
  • Produce quality responses to RFPs following proposal-writing standards.
  • Obtain approvals and submit completed proposals to the requester.
  • Maintain records of all proposals submitted and received.
  • Gather and store feedback on proposals to improve content and process.

Bonus Skills:

  • MBA degree.
  • Technical background and experience with enterprise CMS-based websites.
  • Two or more years of experience responding to technical RFPs.
