Required Skills & Experience:

">

You should have 10-15 years of experience in B2C, education, or skilling ecosystems. A deep understanding of the Vocational Training Providers (VTP)/Vocational Training Institutes (VTI) ecosystem is necessary, as well as experience working with government agencies.

">

A Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical rigor are essential. Additionally, you should have demonstrated ability in data analytics, attention to detail, and outcome measurement.

Your expertise in leveraging technology platforms and digital tools for scale is required. Strong business development and account management skills, as well as decision-making abilities in ambiguous environments, are also crucial.

Besides your academic background, you should be open to extensive travel across the country and willing to adapt to change, innovation, and short learning cycles.
