Enterprise Security Leader Job Summary

As an Enterprise Corporate Security Supervisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day physical security operations and implementing policies and procedures across the facility. You will collaborate with various teams to develop and implement crisis management and business continuity protocols.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support front desk security operations and ensure proper identification and authorization procedures are followed.
  • Implement, maintain, and monitor security systems including Access Control, CCTV, and Visitor Management.
  • Coordinate security logistics and risk assessments for international travel.
  • Provide support and guidance to 3rd party security teams with overnight, weekend, and holiday coverage.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison during incident activation and response.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in physical security operations, crisis management, emergency services, safety, and compliance or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a security systems IT-oriented role, including experience supporting security systems such as access control, CCTV, visitor management, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable Qualities:

  • Indirect leadership experience
  • Experience training/educating individuals on policy and procedure
  • Experience with Lenel OnGuard, Milestone, Eptura iOffice
  • Knowledge of risk assessments, threat analysis, and emergency preparedness
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
