At the core of our organization, we have a pivotal role that requires exceptional operational support across the entire employee lifecycle.

This position serves as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, providing timely and efficient administrative assistance to both employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Records Management

We are seeking an individual who can manage employee files (both digital and physical) with utmost accuracy and security. This includes updating records securely.

Onboarding & Offboarding

The ideal candidate will prepare contracts and new hire paperwork, coordinate offboarding logistics including final settlements and record archiving, and manage onboarding with comprehensive HR induction.

Payroll Processing Oversight

They will oversee end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring compliance with Indian labour laws (e.g., PF, Gratuity etc). This includes acting as the go-to person for payroll across India, coordinating with external providers and internal teams, and ensuring timely and accurate payroll - salaries, deductions, benefits, and taxes. They must also reconcile discrepancies and stay updated on payroll legislation.

Compensation & Benefits

The successful candidate will administer employee benefits (health insurance, leave tracking, etc.), track absences, PTOs, and vacation days, and ensure optimal usage of our HRIS platform.

Cross-Department Liaison

They will act as the key bridge between HR and Accounting for payroll and employee records, providing seamless communication and coordination.

Compliance & Reporting

The ideal candidate will create and deliver HR reports for internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability in our operations.

General HR Support

Finally, they will provide day-to-day administrative support to the wider HR team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.
