Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Manager for Security Operations to lead our efforts in this critical area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our security operations strategy.

You will work closely with our technical teams to ensure that our security operations align with our business objectives and that we remain at the forefront of industry best practices.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization and help shape the future of our security operations capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 7+ years of experience in technology project management, with a focus on managing offshore teams.
  • Familiarity with CIAM and SIEM & SOAR technologies, including products such as Ping Identity, Okta, Transmit Security, and Splunk.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
