Sales Manager - A Key Role in Healthcare Infrastructure

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare infrastructure solutions, a deep understanding of client needs, and proven expertise in closing complex sales deals involving Operation Theatres, Medical Gas Pipeline Systems, and Pneumatic Tube Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.">
  • Understand customer requirements and align product offerings to meet their infrastructure and automation needs.">
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from client engagement, negotiation, to contract closure.">
  • Develop strategic sales plans to expand business within the assigned territory and maximize revenue growth.">
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams and product specialists to tailor solutions and support client presentations and demonstrations.">
  • Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.">
  • Participate in industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company and expand the professional network.">
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status to senior management.">
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate with junior sales staff and cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.">
  • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring effective post-sales support.">

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

  • ">
  • a degree in any related field;">
  • 36+ years of proven field sales experience in healthcare or medical infrastructure sales;">
  • in-depth knowledge of Operation Theatres, Medical Gas Pipeline Systems, Pneumatic Tube Systems, and healthcare automation;">
  • strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a consultative sales approach;">
  • self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and comfort working in a target-driven environment;">
  • willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events;">
  • excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills;">
  • ability to analyze complex customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.">
