Healthcare Consolidation Expert

We are building a comprehensive healthcare network to acquire and integrate small to mid-sized hospitals in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities of India. Our goal is to improve efficiency and quality by standardising clinical protocols, procurement, and administration across the platform.

A senior healthcare executive with 15+ years of experience managing hospitals or healthcare networks is required to lead operational oversight, clinical governance, and integration leadership. The ideal candidate will have proven operational leadership in multi-site or integrated healthcare settings, strong background in clinical governance, regulatory compliance, and quality frameworks, and prior board or advisory role experience is preferred.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting hospital integration and performance optimisation, collaborating with executive management on risk and strategy, and ensuring hospitals meet quality, compliance, and efficiency benchmarks across the platform.
