Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Team Leader specializing in US Healthcare end-to-end RCM (Revenue Cycle Management). The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the RCM team, providing training and support, managing budgets, and ensuring high levels of customer service. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Training, and Communication skills
  • Understanding of end to end rcm domain and handle various functions of RCM
  • Understanding of client metrics and KPI
  • Having atleast 2 plus years experience as a lead position
  • Experience in Budgeting and financial management
  • Knowledge of Medicine and healthcare practices
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Pune
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in US Healthcare RCM is a plus
