Assistant Manager US Healthcare Operations

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
RCM Process Oversight: Manage the comprehensive RCM process, which includes:
Front-End: Patient registration, insurance verification, eligibility and benefits checks, prior authorization, and appointment scheduling.
Back-End: Charge capture, medical coding, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and patient billing/collections.
Financial Performance Improvement: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, highlight areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance cash flow, reduce days in A/R, and minimize errors.
Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all RCM activities comply with changing healthcare regulations and payer guidelines.
Technology and Process Optimization: Work with internal teams and clients to leverage technology and optimize workflows within the RCM cycle.
Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports and insights to clients and leadership on the financial performance of their revenue cycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in U.S. healthcare RCM.
Strong understanding of the entire revenue cycle, including front-end and back-end processes.
Excellent client management and communication skills.
Proficiency in healthcare billing, coding, and claims processing.
Familiarity with RCM software and technologies.
Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.
Desired Attributes
Bachelor's degree
Experience working with EMR/EHR systems.
Atleast 8 -9 years of experience US Healthcare RCM process. Minimum 2-3 years experience into leadership role Team leader or Sr Team Leader.
Knowledge of the intricacies of the U.S. healthcare payer landscape.
