Job Description

In this role, you will lead the sales effort to market our cutting-edge solutions to diverse target markets, driving revenue growth and setting up processes to build a high-performing sales team. You will work closely with product and technical teams to own customer pain points and monitor sales performance to optimize strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to our target markets, identifying and engaging decision-makers in food companies to establish trust and highlight digitization as a transformative solution.
  • Recruit and groom the next sales superstars, working closely with the product and technical teams to understand customer needs.
  • Monitor sales performance, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies, including upsell, cross-sell, and closure tactics.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a mid to senior sales role within B2B SaaS or food industry sector.
  • A strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, particularly in software and technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams to achieve revenue goals.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales performance and make informed decisions.
