Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale change initiatives to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective project management plans to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of projects.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential risks.
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including project sponsors, clients, and team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in change management, project management, or a related field.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience working with Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
  • Knowledge of ATS, VMS, or similar recruitment/HR systems.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer an excellent benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
