Senior Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage our full-cycle recruitment process across business units. This includes workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. You will develop and execute scalable talent acquisition strategies aligned with our business growth plans, building and leading a high-performing recruitment team along the way.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and department heads to forecast hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals. You will drive employer branding initiatives to position us as an employer of choice in the market, ensuring a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion in our recruitment efforts.

You will optimize sourcing strategies across channels (portals, social media, referrals, agencies, etc.) and leverage data and recruitment metrics to track performance and improve hiring efficiency and quality. Additionally, you will lead strategic hiring initiatives such as leadership hiring, campus programs, and niche skill recruitment, maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies related to hiring and data privacy.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 10+ years of progressive experience in recruitment, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. You should have proven success in managing large-scale hiring in mid to large-sized organizations, preferably in the IT/Technology sector. You will also need to have a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and modern hiring practices, hands-on experience with ATS/HRMS systems and recruitment analytics tools, and excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with an MBA preferred. Exposure to international hiring and global markets is a plus.
