We are seeking a seasoned Upwork professional to oversee our bidding team and drive strategic growth. With 3+ years of experience in successfully closing high-value projects, the ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Upwork algorithms and client behaviors.

This key role involves defining effective strategies, optimizing proposals, selecting high-priority projects, mentoring the team, and fostering higher conversion rates. A strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills are essential for success.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team of bidders, crafting compelling proposals, and negotiating with clients. Strong English language skills and experience working with international clients worldwide are also necessary.

  • Bid Management: Oversee a team of bidders, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting performance expectations.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with team members to develop well-researched proposals that meet client requirements.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments of potential candidates to ensure the best fit for each project.

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of Upwork experience, with a proven record of closing high-value projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of software development services, including mobile, web, CRM, ERP, Odoo, and Salesforce.
