Key Fundraising Position

The Director of Fundraising will lead fundraising efforts across High Net Worth Individuals, Corporate Social Responsibility, Foundations, and digital giving.

Developing a three-year strategy with targets by segment and program is a key responsibility. The role requires owning the donor lifecycle, designing multi-year giving vehicles, and creating a balanced pipeline.

The Director will represent the organization with credibility, secure strategic partnerships, co-create bespoke propositions, and partner with Communications to run an integrated brand and fundraising calendar.

Leading fundraising efforts, collaborating with global teams, implementing a Customer Relationship Management system, establishing clear Standard Operating Procedures, approval matrices, and data hygiene are essential duties.

The Director will track return on investment by channel, provide monthly board-ready dashboards, and uphold child safeguarding and ethical fundraising standards.

Qualifications include a Master's in Marketing, Business, or Communications, 8-10 years of direct fundraising experience, and a strong grasp of donor management, digital marketing, brand positioning, and campaign orchestration.

Compensation is commensurate with the candidate's experience and expertise.
