Job Title: Centre Manager

Talasha is hiring a Centre Manager for our premier indoor play centre and party venue for kids. This fast-growing chain has multiple centres across premium locations in India.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead all client interactions, manage overall day-to-day operations and running of the centre, handle events from enquiry and booking stages to complete execution, supervise various departments including housekeeping, food and beverage, repair and maintenance, and much more.

  • Lead all client interactions and guest relations, representing the brand for incoming enquiries and presenting sales pitches about the centre and its offerings to prospective clients.
  • Manage overall day-to-day operations and running of the centre.
  • Handle events at the centre from enquiry and booking stages to complete execution, supervising various departments including housekeeping, food and beverage, repair and maintenance.
  • Supervise and lead staff, coordinating their day-to-day activities.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
  • Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports and maintain basic accounts and petty cash for the centre.
  • Handle client escalations and grievances.
  • Lead teams and standardize processes around housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage operations, and cleanliness of the centre.
